1. Introduction

Welcome to InternByte! Our platform, accessible at internbyte.com, is a service owned and operated by Tripmilestone Tours Private Ltd. (Hereinafter "the Company").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") create a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

"Applicant" refers to any individual using the platform to find internships or training.

"Employer" refers to any individual or organization posting opportunities on the platform.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account on InternByte, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your password and account details secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Code of Conduct

All users (Applicants and Employers) must adhere to the following rules:

Be Professional: All communications must be respectful and free of offensive or harassing content.

Be Honest: Do not post false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your profile, applications, or internship listings.

Protect Data: You may not share, sell, or misuse any personal data or contact information you obtain through our platform.

No Unauthorized Fees: Employers are strictly prohibited from charging any fees (e.g., application fees, security deposits, training fees) from Applicants. Our platform's core services are for free opportunities.

4. Terms for Employers

  • You must be an authorized representative of your organization to post an internship.
  • The internship details you advertise must accurately match the offer you provide to the Applicant, including role, responsibilities, and any promised stipend.
  • Any promised stipends must be paid in a timely manner as agreed upon in the offer letter.
  • Assignments given to Applicants during the hiring process must be for evaluation purposes only and not for free work.

5. Terms for Applicants

  • You must provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and applications.
  • Once you accept an offer, you are expected to honor that commitment. Declining an accepted offer at the last minute may result in your account being blocked.
  • You must report any suspicious or inappropriate activity from any Employer immediately.

6. Our Services & Fees

Free Access: InternByte provides its core services—access to training programs and internship applications—completely free of charge.

Optional Certificates: We offer optional, paid certificates to validate the successful completion of our programs. The fee for these digital certificates is non-refundable once payment is made. Please refer to our FAQ for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

The InternByte name, logo, website design, and all content created by us are the exclusive property of Tripmilestone Tours Private Ltd. You may not copy, imitate, or use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is." While we strive to maintain a safe and reliable service, we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content or the outcome of any application. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate any of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
